Art Deco Coffee Table – Amsterdam School, The Netherlands, 1930s
A distinctive Amsterdam School oak coffee table dating from the 1930s, crafted in solid oak and notable for its generous proportions. The table features beautifully curved legs connected by a wave-shaped stretcher, finished with the characteristic black Amsterdam School decorative spheres, giving the piece a strong architectural and sculptural presence.
The table shows honest signs of use consistent with age. Please note: a small veneer loss on one corner (see photo 1) and wear visible on the lower shelf (see photo 2). These minor imperfections do not detract from the table’s overall character and authenticity.
