A rare and unusual Victorian invalid chair by J. Alderman, 16 Soho Square, London.
Originally part of a system designed to lift and assist invalids. This example is not fully complete, but remains a beautiful and highly decorative piece.
Crafted in solid mahogany with elegant turned legs and original brass castors. Retains its original brass maker’s plate and green upholstered seat and back, offering a very comfortable seating experience.
